In today’s world, information is power. It is important that information flow accurately and effectively for the functioning of any organization. However in the past organizations concealed information with only some critical folks, who used it for important decision making about competitors, future directions, response to regulation and many other factors vital for business functioning.


However, with so much information available, it is critical to be able to filter out the right information in short amount of time. In addition, the market environment changes so frequently that incorrect information may lead to lost business opportunity. Sorting through multiple emails, documents, reports, and enterprise databases to find data for right decisions is challenging. The evolution of Business Intelligence (BI) has enabled organizations, by providing concise results using data from various sources. In addition, the user- friendly representation of data clearly indentifies growth, opportunity and many more areas that require attention. 

BI refers to methodologies used in identifying, researching, and interpreting data. Organizations rely on BI to view, analyze, understand, and project information relevant to the performance of a business. The purpose of BI is to help organizations make better decisions to help business with any challenges and grown. BI software’s and various solutions accomplish this by making it simpler to accumulate, view, and split the data. Thus, leaders can identify issues, find new opportunities and challenges, and improve organization performance to meet business goals.

Nevertheless, as organizations grow, the amount of information leaders need to understand increases due to new services, upcoming opportunities, hidden markets, increasing investments and many more. BI solutions offer multiple dashboards and reporting tools that make it easier and less time consuming to understand and analyze the data during short time at any point of time.

BI solutions are built on a common platform, so everyone involved in the organization hierarchy can be setup to get an actual view of the data. Facebook 'OTHER' INBOX World





Facebook might have been an integral part of your social media world, but you might have never seen this folder. Some users have reported that they noticed this folder accidentally while others are surprise that such a folder exists.
This secret folder is called ‘other’ and might contain important messages that need immediate attention. Facebook claims that this message feature has been introduced to filter spam messages sent to users.


The inbox feature is designed to handle span and help protect facebook users from spam message. In order to have access to this 'other' folder, the users need to go the Facebook page. In the left-side panel, users need to click Messages.
Now, next to the boldfaced word "Inbox," the user will see a light gray word "Other." The users need to click it to see their hidden stock of messages. According to interviews done by various firms of existing Facebook users, many were surprised at how much important information has been waiting filtered in this folder.
In addition, most Facebook users would be surprised to know that their messages are marked as spam when sent to someone who's not one of their Facebook friends. Though Facebook claims that this programme is intended to eliminate spam, sometime users might feel the reverse.
Hence, if you are active Facebook user, it is important that ‘OTHER’ folder in Inbox need to be monitored frequently.

if you’re looking for a way to get some good photography that is FREE and OK for commercial use without needing to give a photo credit, following these instructions for searching for pics on FLICKR:
 
When you go to Flickr.com and you enter any search term… let’s just say “Florida orange” is the term and hit enter…
– after the results come up, click on “advanced search” words in the top right
– in the advanced search options, scroll down to the bottom
– Next to “creative commons” check the box next to “only search within creative commons-licensed content”
– Also check the box underneath that, which says “find content to use commercially.”
– Click search again, and all the results will be photos that you can use without needing any kind of photo credit
